We will be giving a hands-on demonstration at 10 AM, 1 PM and 3 PM each day of the fair highlighting wet and dry seed processing for small-scale organic farmers. Please bring seed to be cleaned by expert seed cleaners from the USDA - ARS, Plant Genetic Resources Unit in Geneva, NY.
