Healthy and happy families don't just happen. They are an intentional CREATION. This workshop uses the acronym CREATION to discuss the following areas that contribute to a healthy family: Choices, Rest, Environment, Activity, Interpersonal relationships, Outlook, and Nutrition. Information shared comes from my experience as a wife and parent, elementary teacher and consultant, doula and natural childbirth educator, personal fitness trainer, and on-going study in natural healing.
