Have fun while you increase your cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and balance, and leave class rejuvenated and relaxed! Classes are taken barefoot to soul-stirring music, and people with all ranges of movement are invited to adapt movements to meet their needs. Nia draws from disciplines of the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts (such as yoga). Step into your own joyful journey with Nia, and positively shape the way you feel, look, think and live. Practicing Nia can help you to engage your senses and listen to your body, so that you can discover, explore, unleash and enhance your individual potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.
